Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you decide that Doom Devices isn’t for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.


Return Conditions: To qualify for a refund, the item should be in like-new condition with all original components (the phone, solar panel, Faraday bag, case, cables, etc.) and packaging. Please perform a factory reset on the phone (or leave it as-is if you need assistance) and pack everything securely in the original box if possible. Returns that show excessive wear, damage, or missing items may be subject to a restocking fee or denial of refund.

How to Initiate a Return: Contact our support team at support@doomdevices.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return authorization and instructions, including the return shipping address. In most cases, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t issue a refund for items we do not receive.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear on your statement (processing times can vary by bank/credit card).
