Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Doom Devices website (the “Site”) or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Site or services. Doom Devices Inc. (“we” or “us”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Use of the Website and Services: You agree to use our Site and products only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for any activities under your account. You agree not to abuse, harm, or attempt to interfere with the Site (for example, by attempting to hack or disrupt our services).

Product Orders and Payment: When you place an order through our Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your provided payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and shipping). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized/unlawful activity is suspected. If we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.

Shipping and Delivery: We will make reasonable efforts to ship products in a timely manner. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Once we hand over the product to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to you (the buyer). Please ensure you provide a correct shipping address. If a package is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping charges may apply.

Returns and Refunds: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are governed by our Warranty & Returns policy (see the Warranty/Returns page for full details). In summary, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it’s in like-new condition and you follow our return instructions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranty: Our products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects (see Warranty page for details). This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. Except as expressly provided in the warranty, our products are provided “as is” and without any other warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual Property: All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Doom Devices Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. “Doom Devices” and our associated logos and slogans are trademarks of Doom Devices Inc.. You may not use our content or trademarks without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference. The Doom Devices smartphone may include third-party open-source or public domain content (e.g., Wikipedia articles, eBooks) which remain subject to their respective licenses; all original software and content we provide are licensed for your personal use only in connection with the product.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent allowed by law, Doom Devices Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or products. This includes, but is not limited to, any harm, injury, or loss that may occur in a survival situation while using the product. You agree that your use of the Doom Devices product is at your sole risk. While our device provides tools and information to help in emergencies, it does not guarantee your safety or any particular outcome. Always exercise personal judgment and caution. In any case, our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Site or product will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product in question.

No Professional Advice: The information and guidance provided by the Doom Devices knowledge base and AI assistant are for general informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice or training. For example, medical information on the device is not a replacement for the advice of a licensed healthcare provider. You are responsible for how you use the information. Doom Devices Inc. is not liable for any actions you take (or do not take) based on the device’s content or AI suggestions.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for using the product in accordance with all instructions and for keeping it charged and protected (e.g., using the Faraday bag for EMP protection). We are not responsible if the device is not usable or helpful in an emergency due to being uncharged, damaged by misuse, or otherwise not maintained as recommended.

Governing Law: These terms and any disputes arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using our Site or buying our products, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our home jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.

Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the end of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our services after any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
